How to Use add

1. Cleanse and allow the skin to dry completely. 2. Apply a thin layer to the base of the upper lash line only. 3. Do not apply to the lower lid or other areas. 4. Wait approximately 90 seconds for the serum to dry before applying another product. 5. Apply only to the upper lash line as directed. 6.
